To set up the S-pushTAN-App quickly when changing devices:
Bluetooth and camera
Security first: Banking apps must not be automatically transferred to other smartphones. If you have already registered the S-pushTAN-App on your existing smartphone, you can quickly and easily transfer your data to the new smartphone with the “Device change” function.
You also need:
Bluetooth activated on your existing and new smartphone
A working pushTAN connection on your existing and already registered device
A working camera on your existing and already registered device to read the QR code
To set up the S-pushTAN-App again without a functioning old device:
Sparkassen-Card (debit card) – card number
You will be asked to enter your card number when setting up the app again. You should therefore have your Sparkassen-Card (debit card) ready. The number is located on the back.
To set up the S-pushTAN-App again without online banking:
Activation password and credit card number
If you only use the S-pushTAN-App to approve online card payments, please have your activation password and 16-digit card number ready. The number is located on the front of your card. The activation password can be found in the additional letter you received along with the registration letter for the S-pushTAN-App.
